FareConnect frequently asked questions

FareConnect is an enquiry-led service. These answers explain how flight and transfer requests work, when a booking becomes confirmed, and where to find privacy, cookie and complaint information.

Flight enquiries

The website records route, dates, passengers and preferences for human review. It does not display live fares or reserve seats.

Airport transfers

FareConnect coordinates UK airport-transfer quotations with independent licensed operators. An enquiry is not a confirmed journey.

Booking and confirmation

An EQ reference acknowledges an enquiry only. A booking normally requires customer approval, required information and payment, supplier acceptance and written confirmation.

Payments and refunds

Payment instructions and applicable supplier, cancellation or refund terms are provided separately before confirmation.

Privacy and cookies

Enquiry data is used to review and respond to the request. Analytics remains separate and optional through cookie preferences.
