1. About Fare Connect Ltd and scope

Fare Connect Ltd trades publicly as FareConnect. We provide travel enquiry, reservation assistance, flight-option sourcing and UK airport-transfer coordination.

These terms apply when you use our website, submit an enquiry, request assistance, approve proposed arrangements or ask us to coordinate a booking. Supplier-specific terms may also apply once identified to you.

2. Our intermediary role

Fare Connect Ltd provides travel enquiry, reservation assistance and booking-coordination services. Unless confirmed otherwise in writing, the underlying flight, transport or other travel service is supplied and fulfilled by the relevant independent third-party supplier.

We do not operate flights, act as an airline, own or directly operate transfer vehicles, or guarantee third-party availability. We do not currently claim ATOL, ABTA or IATA status.

3. Enquiries, quotations and availability

An enquiry is not a booking. A quotation is not a confirmed booking, and a proposed itinerary is not a ticket.

Quotations are based on information available at the time, may be time-limited, remain subject to supplier availability and may change because of fare availability, taxes, fees, exchange rates or supplier changes. A quotation does not reserve a service unless expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Booking requests and confirmation

A booking is normally confirmed only after you approve the final details, provide required information, any required payment has cleared, the supplier accepts the booking, and FareConnect or the supplier issues written confirmation.

An enquiry reference beginning with EQ confirms receipt of an enquiry only. It does not confirm a reservation, fare, ticket or transfer.

5. Third-party suppliers and customer authority

Relevant airlines, booking suppliers and licensed transfer operators supply the underlying services and may impose their own conditions. We will identify relevant supplier terms where available before confirmation.

By instructing us to proceed, you authorise FareConnect to communicate your approved instructions and reasonably necessary information to the relevant supplier. Silence does not amount to acceptance.

6. Your information responsibilities

You must check passenger names, travel dates, origin and destination, contact details, transfer addresses, flight numbers and pickup details before approving arrangements. When later requested through an appropriate secure channel, you must also check dates of birth, passport information and other travel-document details.

Errors may result in supplier charges, cancellation or inability to travel. Do not send passport images, passport numbers or card details through the public enquiry form.

7. Prices, taxes, fees and payments

The final information provided before confirmation should identify the price, known taxes and fees, payment deadline and any disclosed FareConnect service charge. Accepted payment methods and payee details will be communicated separately.

FareConnect will never request full payment-card details through the website enquiry form. Payment does not automatically confirm a booking; written confirmation must follow. Late payment may result in loss of availability or pricing.

8. Deposits and service charges

Before payment, we should identify the amount, what it covers, whether it is refundable, relevant supplier conditions and disclosed cancellation charges.

Supplier deposits, payments towards travel services and FareConnect administration or service charges are distinct. A service fee may become earned after disclosed work begins, subject to the work performed, information supplied before payment, applicable law and statutory consumer rights. A payment is not automatically non-refundable merely because it is called a deposit.

9. Outstanding balances, ticketing and fulfilment

Any balance deadline will be stated in the booking information. Failure to pay by the deadline may cause the supplier to withdraw availability or cancel arrangements under its terms.

Tickets, vouchers or confirmations must be checked promptly. FareConnect does not issue tickets directly unless expressly confirmed under the relevant supplier arrangement.

10. Amendments and cancellations

Requests must be made to FareConnect and are not effective until confirmed. Supplier rules, fare differences and disclosed administration charges may apply. Some services may be non-changeable or non-refundable.

We cannot guarantee a supplier will accept a request. We will not impose unlimited or undisclosed charges.

11. Refund requests

Supplier-approved refunds depend on supplier terms. FareConnect cannot normally return money it has not received or recovered. Processing may depend on suppliers and payment providers.

Any FareConnect fee retained must have a clear contractual and lawful basis. Approved refunds will be returned using an appropriate method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Airline disruption

Airlines control schedules, delays, cancellations, routes, aircraft and operational decisions. Passenger rights and compensation depend on the airline, applicable law and circumstances.

FareConnect may assist with communications or available options where reasonably possible. Nothing excludes responsibility for our own negligence, misrepresentation or failure to provide intermediary services with reasonable care and skill.

13. Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for checking passport validity, visas and transit visas, entry rules, health documentation, destination requirements and suitable travel insurance. FareConnect does not provide immigration or legal advice unless separately authorised.

14. Communications and fraud prevention

Keep your contact details current and check communications promptly. We may carry out proportionate fraud-prevention and security checks before accepting instructions or payments.

15. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact FareConnect first so we can investigate, without restricting valid statutory or card-provider rights. We may provide relevant lawful records to a payment provider, including approvals, confirmations, payment records, communications, supplier records and accepted terms.

16. Responsibility and events outside reasonable control

We are responsible for providing our intermediary services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for acts of independent suppliers except where the law provides otherwise, but we may help communicate with them.

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events genuinely outside reasonable control, though both should take reasonable steps to reduce impact. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

17. Data protection, complaints and changes

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Complaints may be raised under our Complaints Procedure.

We may update these terms prospectively. The version brought to your attention for a booking should be retained with the booking record.

18. Governing law and electronic acceptance

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules.

Acceptance may be recorded by website action, email, WhatsApp, written communication, appropriately recorded telephone confirmation or payment authorisation, provided the relevant terms are clearly brought to your attention. Silence is not acceptance.
