Fare Connect Ltd provides travel enquiry, reservation assistance and booking-coordination services. Unless confirmed otherwise in writing, the underlying flight, transport or other travel service is supplied and fulfilled by the relevant independent third-party supplier.
Customer support is provided by phone, email and WhatsApp. The registered office is not advertised as a walk-in travel shop. Meetings are by prior arrangement only.
4. Status and protections
FareConnect does not currently claim ATOL protection, ABTA membership or IATA accreditation. Supplier-specific or booking-specific protections will be identified in the relevant booking information where applicable. Do not assume protection applies unless confirmed in writing.
5. Airport transfers
FareConnect coordinates transfer enquiries with independent licensed transport operators. The confirmed operator supplies the vehicle, driver and transport service.
